After an offer of employment is extended and accepted, a background investigation will be conducted. Additionally you will be scheduled for a pre-employment physical. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of these two processes.

The application contains your contact information, educational background, work experience, general information, licensures, and a place for your resume. You may also add a cover letter and reference list. The work experience section requests detailed information about your previous employers and experiences. It is important that you thoroughly complete this portion, as it will assist us in evaluating your suitability for the position.

An email address is not required to apply. However, you must provide one in order to receive electronic notification of your application status.

Resumes are not required but are helpful for the recruiting team to review your qualifications and work experience.

Yes, you do need to submit an application for each position you are interested in. However, once you have created your profile, applying for additional or future positions is as easy as finding the job posting and clicking on the “apply now” button. Please review and modify your application for accuracy, you may update or edit it at any time you wish.

Conduct a search by entering specific search criteria. If you select too many criteria, you might not find any results. Select too few, and the available list could be quite long. Experiment with the search criteria and key words to find the job that is right for you. For instance, if you’re interested in a Registered Nurse position, try terms like nurse or staff nurse.

Applications are accepted only for posted job openings. Therefore we encourage you to visit our career site often to view new job openings.

After you have applied for a position, an email acknowledgement will be sent to the email address you entered, provided you applied directly to a position AND entered a valid email address.

Your application will be reviewed in a timely manner. If your application has been selected for further consideration you will be contacted by a recruitment team member.

Due to the heavy volume of applications we receive, we are unable to contact each applicant individually and we ask that you refrain from contacting the Human Resources department regarding your application status.

After you have created a new application profile, your user name and password will be emailed to you. It is recommended that you keep this email for future reference. If your account has a valid email address, you can enter your user name and your password will be emailed to you. If you forget your user name and do not have a valid email address, we are unable to retrieve this information.

You may update your profile by logging onto your account at any time. When you save your changes, they will be updated in our database immediately.

It may be several days to several weeks, depending upon the position and factors unique to that opening. You will be contacted by email or phone. Please check your junk email to see if your computer has sent the message to junk mail.

When you successfully apply, you will receive a message during that session stating that your application has been successfully submitted. You must continue through the process until you receive this message.

Log into your account with your user name and password to retrieve your draft application. Use the prompts to help if you have forgotten your user name or password. Only applications that have been “successfully submitted” can be considered.

Your application does remain in the applicant tracking system. You may access it by clicking on the position you wish to apply for, hitting the “apply now” button, then entering your user name and password to retrieve your application. You may add new positions to your application.

Unfortunately because we have very few nursing openings, the position will only be posted internally for current employees who may be graduating. We will not be posting a position for the January 23, 2012 new grad RN program for outside candidates to apply.
