In Financial Services, we work to provide accurate and timely processing of billing information and claims. We also work with our patients to connect them with various insurance programs or our own financial assistance program. Critical to our efforts is that we maintain a high level of transparency in our work.
We have implemented significant technology advancements to improve our work processes. For example, we have initiated such projects as the Revenue Cycle Value Stream, Hard/Soft Coding, Blue Cross IP Denials, Late Charges, POS Collections, Reducing Billing Calls, Missing/Inaccurate charging and CCI edits.
