That is why we’re proud to offer an exceptional New Grad RN Program that provides recent graduate registered nurses with a comprehensive classroom and clinical orientation to nursing at Mission Hospital. Our commitment to new grads includes:
- 8-12 weeks for specialty areas, tailored to individual needs
- New Grad Skills Days to gain proficiency
- Support team (preceptor, clinical educator and nurse manager) provides guidance on hospital policy and procedure interpretations, clinical skill development and unit/values based organization integration
- Tuition reimbursement up to $5000 per year available at six months of employment toward BSN/MSN completion
- On site BSN program through California State University, Fullerton
- Free educational opportunities to enhance professional growth
- Clinical ladder to promote, recognize and reward clinical excellence
- Evidence-based practices utilized on clinical units
