Mission Maternity Center
More babies are born at Mission Maternity Center than any other hospital in south Orange County. We believe this is mainly due to our strong family-centered philosophy. By focusing on the unique needs of each baby, mother and their loved ones, you will deliver the highly personalized care that makes us a trusted source for maternal care.
Bender Birthing Suites (Labor, Delivery and Antepartum Unit)
This unit consists of 12 LDRP suites, two operating rooms, a three-bed post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), a three-bed evaluation room and a five-bed high-risk antepartum unit with five licensed LDRP beds. Advanced technology includes a centralized fetal surveillance system that allows for clinical documentation and continuous fetal and maternal monitoring. We are also the first hospital in Orange County to offer Airstrip OBTM. This software-based platform allows physicians to remotely monitor and access real time maternal and fetal data, over a secure network, to their smartphone. Through the use of advanced technology and close collaboration between the nursing team and physician, we provide exceptional nursing care during the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum, phases of pregnancy.
Moiso Mother-Baby Suites (Obstetrical Unit)
With 20 private rooms and three semi-private patient rooms, this unit provides specialized, high-quality nursing care to the mother-baby couplet in a family-centered setting where rooming-in is encouraged.
Mission Women's Wellness Center.
Our Women’s Wellness Center provides the most advanced imaging, specialized and skilled radiologists and technologists, expert guidance by a Nationally Certified Nurse Navigator in Breast Cancer and Imaging, medical treatment, and support within a network of comprehensive breast health services. Dedicated to the prevention, early detection and treatment of heart disease in women, the Wellness Center also offers a comprehensive and personalized heart health assessment.
